  • The Robert Chilton Memorial Scholarship shall continue the tradition of supporting family unity and education, honoring Robert Chilton’s vision of fostering strong family connections and investing in the future.
  • The scholarships will be awarded on an annual basis to two deserving students in the Chilton Family who are either currently enrolled in a college, university or trade school or preparing to begin their first year.
  • Each recipient will receive $500, and it will be sent directly to their school bookstore account to assist in purchasing books and academic materials.
  • Recipients will be awarded scholarships annually during the family reunion. Applications should be submitted by June 15 and the recipients will be announced at the reunion.
  • The applications must be sent via email to: Charles.H.Chilton53@hotmail.com and the awards will be presented at the family reunion location.
  • This scholarship is funded through a generous annual $1,000 contribution (no donations will be accepted). Selections will be based on submitted applications and criteria as presented in the application below. If no selections are made the scholarship funds will be available for the next school year.
